How can I request a quotation?
You can fill out a quotation form here or contact our sales department via e-mail. Once we have collected and confirmed the proper product specifications, we can proceed to give you an accurate quotation.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ for each product type varies. We are willing to go over your ideas and offer suggestions based off the information you provide.
Do you provide samples?
Yes, we do provide samples. Please contact our sales department for any sample inquiries.
How long is the production time?
Lead times vary from product to product. However, our standard lead times during normal business conditions (after receiving the approval from clients or reorders) would be 5-10 business days.
How do I submit my artwork?
We strongly recommend artwork in Adobe Illustrator Artwork .ai (vector) format. However, .psd, .pdf, .png or image files with a minimum resoltuion of 300 dpi are also accepted.
You can either emali us the link to your artwork files through 3rd party hosting such as DropBox, upload the files onto ur FTP after contacting our sales or physically mail in the artwork on a disc.
Can you design my artwork for me?
Yes, we can. We have in-house designers available, however, there will be an additional design fee. Please contact our sales department to discuss the details of your project.
I submitted my design already, but I need to make a change!
No worries, we only start production after receiving your approval. We quality control every stage of prduction to make sure the finished product fulfills the promised standards. We will inform clients of any foreseeable issues based off our past experience.
How do you ship your products?
We ship worldwide with competitive pricing through our courier partners Fedex and DHL. Each shipment can be tracked at anytime from point of delivery to destination.
We can also ship through any other shipping method per clients' request.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We can accept T/T bank wire transfers, Credit Card - Master/Visa, Western Union and PayPal.
- A % of the final price will be required prior to prodution.
- Full payment will be required prior to shipment of the finished goods.
