Using offset or screen printed discs is similar to using letterhead paper. It ensures that any communications from your company meets your branding requirements and represents your company in a professional manner.
The blank media you use may be the single most important factor in determining the quality of your finished product. That's why TST sells only Grade-A media to deliver the best performance and the highest compatibility in the market.

Offset CMYK - for high resolution grahpics
Silkscreen PMS colors
CMYK or up to 5 spot colors, including white base, spot metallics and matt or gloss varnish.
Between 80~150 Line/Inch
Do not fill background with a single base color (YMCK).
This may result in color inconstancies.
5 colors maximum
(4 color + white base)
Best result comes often from equal or less than 3 colors
Please refer to PANTONE FORMULA GUIDE /solid coated (PMS reference with "C" suffix).
Note that color on screen or on printed paper will appear differently to colors printed on the disc surface.
Fonts should be converted to outlined or rasterized and no smaller than 6pt (positive font) / 7pt (reversed font) and Outline settings need to be correct.
Offset printed Black needs to be set to rich black (C50:M30:Y20:K100)
No bleed is necessary for circular discs.
